CES 2009: ASUS Announces Notebook Featuring 512 GB SSD

ASUS has just announced their S121 notebook, the first product to arrive on the market eqquipped with a 512 GB SSD drive – according to manufacturer twice faster than SSD competitors. This notebook features Atom Z520 processor, weights only 3 lbs, has 12” display, measures 11.8” x 8.3” x 1” (W x D x H) and according to ASUS its battery last 8 hours. According to ASUS S121 will reach the market by the end of this month and should be retailed for USD 1,649.
