Aeneon (a spin-off from Infineon), a brand from memory manufacturer Qimonda, has announced its new DDR3-1066 memory modules for notebooks that will reach the market next month. Featuring 7-7-7-21 timings at 1.5 V, these new modules will be available in 1 GB and 2 GB capacities. Aside from DDR3, Aeneon is also offering DDR2-800 SO-DIMM (AET860SD00-25D). | |
