They are delivered in 1GB capacity, has a working voltage at 1.8V, clock frequency at 1600MHz and 1800MHz, and data transfer bandwidth at 12800MB/sec (DDR3-1600) and 14400MB/sec (DDR3-1800). The latencies are 8-8-8-21.
