ASUS Released P5N-T Deluxe Motherboard
By Alessandra Carneiro on December 21, 2007 - 7:19 PM

ASUS released the P5N-T Deluxe motherboard, equipped with nForce 780i SLI. The chipset supports the new ESA (Enthusiast System Architecture), which is an open standard to allow real-time monitoring, communication and control of system thermal, electrical, acoustic and operating characteristics to achieve higher system performance. The new motherboard provides the world’s first on-board EPU (Energy Processing Unit) to digitally monitors CPU power usage and adjusts it with improved VRM efficiency to deliver up to 60% energy savings.

It features the NVIDIA 3-Way SLI technology to allow three graphics cards to work together. The increased bandwith of the PCI Express 2.o helps that technology to work better. Indicated to overclock, ASUS Precision Tweaker 2 allows the user to adjust the NB Voltage, FSB termination Voltage, CPU PLL Voltage and the DRAM Voltage in increments of 0.02v.
