Noctua announced that buyers of the new  NH-U12P CPU cooler can obtain free mounting-kits for socket F, socket 939, 940 and 754. With that, the new high-end cooler can now be used on Opteron based Servers and Workstations as well as older AMD systems. It can be obtained free of charge at www.noctua.at, but proof-of-purchase of the NH-U12P is required.
