AMD "Barcelona" is Expected in the Next Few Days

System integration expects AMD's K10 in the next few days. The expected "Barcelona" is included in this 10ª generation (K10). "Barcelona", in fact, is an Opteron 65 nm quad-core  processor with 512KB of cache L2, 2 MB cache of L3 and incorporates new technologies, such as AMD Virtualization (AMD-V), Dual Dynamic Power Management (which allows the power requirements of each memory controller to be managed separately from the cores) and others technologies to save power. Being part of the new K10 series, the Opteron "Shangai" has dual-core and single-core model.
