Gigabyte Announces P35 Series of Mobos

Gigabyte announced the P35 Series of motherboards, based on Intel P35 chipset and introducing the latest Gigabyte Ultra Durable 2 design, which, according to manufacturer, 'features top quality, highly efficient components for enhanced system reliability, cooling working temperatures, longer durability and exceptional overclocking abilities'.

The series also supports the latest multi-core processors up to FSB 1333 MHz, including the upcoming 45 nm platform, and offers both DDR2 1066 and DDR3 1333 memory support, dual PCI Express connectivity, Realtek ALC889A audio, integrated SATA 3Gb/s with RAID function.

The Gigabyte P35 also features a copper Silent Pipe thermal solution covering the north bridge, south bridge and CPU power MOSFETs, reducing the general CPU zone temperature.

The first motherboard available is the GA-P35-DQ6. Soon, another 6 P35's models will be available.
