Microsoft Hardware announced the launch of the Wireless Laser Desktop 4000. It includes the Comfort Curve Keyboard design and a high definition laser mouse. The most interesting feature is the one-touch access to Windows Vista and Windows Live. The Start Button launches the Windows Start menu; the Gadget Button provides information such as weather, news, stock quotes and more; the LiveCall Button starts an instant messaging session or a video call; the zoom allows users zoom in and out of pictures. It also features 'My Favorites Keys', which deliver one-touch access to users most-used Web sites, files and folders and the 'Customizable Hot Keys', to launch some of the favorite programs. The Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 4000 will be available in April 2007 for an estimated retail price of USD 79.95. | |
