Fujitsu has announced a mobile hard disk drive providing 120 GB of storage capacity. The 2.5-inch MHV2120AT reaches the new milestone thanks to an increased areal density of 104 Gb per square inch. Improvements also allow the drive head to be loaded and unloaded from the disk 600,000 times. The hard drive is expected to ship during the next quarter. | |
