NVidia Intros the 80 nm GeForce Go 7700

NVidia announced new GeForce Go 7700, first graphics chip made using 80 nm Process tech. It  supports up to 512 MB memory at 1 GHz clock-speed. GeForce Go 7700 is very similar to the Go 7600 (90 nm), but with some performance differences. According to NVidias's website, the Go 7700 is a little bit faster than the Go 7600 model.

The new chip will be used by ASUS's 8Js notebook, which features Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7200/T7400/T7600/T5500/T5600, 14.1" LCD display, DDRII 667 MHz (up to 2 GB), built-in 0.35 megapixel webcam, 80/100/120GB 5400RPM SATA hard drive, 1x DVI, 1x IEEE1394, 1x Express Card, 1x VGA, 1x TV-Out, 5x USB, 1x Card Reader, 802.11a/b/g, 10/100/1000 Ethernet and Bluetooth connectivity.
