Corsair Launches HX PSU Series
By Rodrigo Chia on August 1, 2006 - 4:06 PM

Enthusiast memory maker Corsair this week entered the PSU market with a series of products called HX. The two initial models are available with 520 W and 620 W capacities. The units feature a modular design that eliminates cable clusters and optimizes airflow. Triple +12V rails offer combined maximum output rating of 50 Amp (620 W) and 40 Amp (520 W). Equipped with a 120 mm fan, the PSUs support ATX12V v2.2/2.01 and EPS12V 2.91. The 620 W model includes eight Serial ATA connectors (only four on the 520 W).
