D-Link recently announced what it calls the industry's first gaming router. The GamerLounge wireless router (DGL-4300) features GameFuel technologies, a new packet processing engine integrated directly on the router, giving online games precedence for bandwidth over other Internet applications, email and FTP transfers. The device has four Gigabit Ethernet with 802.11g wireless connectivity. Suggested price is USD 179.99. D-Link has also released a wired version (DGL-4100) priced at USD 149.99. | |
