D-Link has launched its newest PowerLine HD adapters, which provide Ethernet connections using electrical wiring in your home. So no additional cables are necessary. Just plug the PowerLine HD adapter into an existing AC outlet and a networking equipment (switch, computer, NAS, gaming consoles, etc) on it to build a networking. The maximum transfer rate is of 200 Mbps. PowerLine HD adapters implement 3DES encryption for securing your connection to help keeping your data safe from intruders. This product is priced at USD 139.99 (including two adapters).

During this CES D-Link showed its new networking solutions and we’d like to highlight the Xtreme N All-In-One 11 broadband router. This 802.11n Wi-Fi router has several features that make it an interesting product. Besides being a router, it is a file server (via built-in slot for 2.5” SATA hard drive), a print server (by installing a USB printer), has a 3.2” LCD display that is used to adjust networking settings and also is used as a photo frame, displaying photos, videos, weather forecast and other information related to your network.

Iogear has launched new palm-sized USB Net ShareStation, which enables an external hard drive, flash drive, memory card reader, USB webcam, USB speaker, or USB Multi-Function Printer (MFP) to be shared on a network. With an USB speaker, users can enjoy music stored on any networked PC.

The unit includes Multi-Function Printer, so the users can print, scan, or fax from any computer in their home. It supports USB 2.0 Hub extension and provides IEEE 802.3 10Base-T and IEEE 802.3u 100Base-T, with network interface 10/100Mbps.
