Motherboard Biostar has launched in China TA780G M2+, which is an integrated graphics motherboard that offers a graphic performance "70% better than current generation models available on the market", says manufacturer. On the other hand, TA780G M2+ can also increase the performance of ATI graphics cards by ATI Hybrid Technology. Check the specifications:

Abit launched the motherboard IP35P, based on the Intel P35 chipset. It supports Intel Core 2 Extreme/Quad/Duo; Pentium Dual-Core and Celeron Dual Core processors. The motherboard is ready for the next generation 45nm processors with up to 1333 FSB. The IP35P supports a maximum memory capacity of up to 8GB; most important of all, in OC mode it supports DDR2 even up to 1066 MHz, allowing you for overclocking. ASUS released the Striker II Formula motherboard, equipped with nForce 780i SLI MCP (Media Communications Processor). Gigabyte Announces Online Overclocking Contest

Motherboard Gigabyte announced its online overclocking contest, which is available until January 20, 2008. Winners will be awarded with $12,000 in cash and prize at Gigabyte Overclocking Hall of Fame. Participants will be competing with hardcore PC enthusiasts on tweaking Gigabyte Intel P35 and Intel X38 Series Motherboards, adding a record-breaking score to Overclocking Hall of Fame. In addition to its over $12, 000 cash and prize, Hall of Fame Champion will be awarded with Gigabyte Dream Machine GA-X48-DQ6 to experience the next generation Intel X48 chipset right after its first debut. Motherboard ASUS released the P5N-T Deluxe motherboard, equipped with nForce 780i SLI. The chipset supports the new ESA (Enthusiast System Architecture), which is an open standard to allow real-time monitoring, communication and control of system thermal, electrical, acoustic and operating characteristics to achieve higher system performance. The new motherboard provides the world’s first on-board EPU (Energy Processing Unit) to digitally monitors CPU power usage and adjusts it with improved VRM efficiency to deliver up to 60% energy savings.

It features the NVIDIA 3-Way SLI technology to allow three graphics cards to work together. The increased bandwith of the PCI Express 2.o helps that technology to work better. Indicated to overclock, ASUS Precision Tweaker 2 allows the user to adjust the NB Voltage, FSB termination Voltage, CPU PLL Voltage and the DRAM Voltage in increments of 0.02v.

The hardware aspect is to test the electrical signal margin of CPU and memory to ensure that the voltage is stable and under the safety limitation.
