PQI announces 240-Pin DDR2-1066 4GB dual channel kit. The modules run at 1066MHz, have frequency of 5-5-5-15, operate at a low voltage of 1.92V and offer a maximum of 17GB/sec transfer rate. They also have diamond cut heat-spreaders with a phoenix graphic design.

OCZ releases two new Reaper HPC memory kits for enthusiasts upgrading to next generation of cutting-edge platforms. The PC3-10666 Reaper HPC Series is a DDR3 memory available in both 2GB and 4GB dual channel kits and offers support to the latest platforms and chipsets. It has latencies of 6-6-6-18 and runs at 1333 MHz. The Reaper HPC series uses heat pipe technology to remove heat from the main body of the modules. The addition of the extended fin array nearly doubles the total surface area available for heat dissipation, guarantees OCZ.

Transcend unveiled the memory kit a 4GB aXeRam Extreme Performance DDR2-1066+ dual-channel memory that comes with custom polished aluminum heat sinks. Designed specifically for gamers and power users, the kit includes a matching pair of 1066MHz tested and verified 2GB DDR2-1066+ modules which provide dual-channel memory bandwidth of up to 17GB/s. It has latencies of 5-5-5-15.

Kingston has just launched its DataTraveler Micro Reader: a USB flash drive that can read mobile memory cards. It features up to 4GB of memory and an expansion slot to read microSD, microSDHC, or Memory Stick Micro (M2) cards. The 1GB version is available for USD 19.25.

G.Skill launches the new package for Apple Mac users. The products include 1GB SO-DIMM, 2GB SO-DIMM (one 2GB memory or two 1GB kit), and 3GB SO-DIMM (one 1GB and one 2GB) at DDR2-667 and DDR2-800. The DDR2-667 CL5 Series feature clock speed of 667 MHz and latencies of 5-5-5-15. The DDR2-800CL5 Series has clock speed of 800MHz and latencies of 5-5-5-15.

TwinMOS Releases DR3-1600 and DDR3-1800

TwinMOS introduces the TwiSTER overclocking memory series, which includes DDR3-1600 and DDR3-1800 models. They are delivered in 1GB capacity, has a working voltage at 1.8V, clock frequency at 1600MHz and 1800MHz, and data transfer bandwidth at 12800MB/sec (DDR3-1600) and 14400MB/sec (DDR3-1800). The latencies are 8-8-8-21.

OCZ announced new 1800MHz Intel Extreme Memory DDR3 modules, specially designed for the Intel X48 chipset. These modules feature Intel Extreme Memory Profiles (XMP), a set of SPD (Serial Presence Detect) settings that act as an integrated “plug and play” overclocking tool. These XMP-Ready memory kits run latencies of 8-8-8 (with Intel qualified specification) or 7-7-7. They are available in 1GB modules and 2GB kits.
