AMD announces the ATI Radeon X1650 XT graphic cards, that uses its new native CrossFire technology which works on the broad range of Intel and AMD platforms, including AMD socket 939 and AM2 motherboards, as well as Intel 975X and P965 motherboards. The card feaures 24 pixel shader processors, 8 vertex shader processors and up to 128-bit GDDR3 memory interface. It uses PCI Express x16 bus interface. AMD ATI Radeon X1650 XT will hit the stores on November 13th at a USD 149 price.

ATI releases the new Radeon X1950 Pro graphic cards. ATI's first 80nm graphics are also the first one to make use of a new native CrossFire technology. It eliminates the need for a CrossFire Edition card using a bridge to interconnect cables that attach directly to the cards. It features 36 pixel shaders and has a 575 MHz core clock and 256 MB GDDR3 at 1,380 MHz.
All new Radeon X1950 Pro graphic cards feature two dual-link DVI outputs with full support for HDCP encryption and a TV-out port. They are available in PCI Express and require an auxiliary six-pin power connector. MSI, Sapphire, Asus, Gigabyte and PowerColor has already announced graphic cards based on the new Radeon X1950 Pro. Nvidia has released the new GeForce Go 7950 GTX, which claims to be the world's fastest notebook GPU on the market. It runs at 575 MHz and its memory clock has improved to 1.4 GHz. It has a 256 bit memory interface and a memory bandwith of 44.8 GB/s. The Go 7950 GTXIt also features 24 pixel shaders. The new GeForce GPU can be found in the new Dell XPS M1710 notebook.
