Gainward is offering a trial version (and a 25%-off) of the Super LoiLoScope video editing software from Japanese company LoiLo if you buy one of their GeForce GTX 400 video cards (GeForce GTX 480 and GTX 470). Super LoiLoScope supports NVIDIA CUDA technology, which allows you to take advantage of GPU processing power to execute programs traditionally executed on the CPU.

PowerColor has announced today the launch of factory-overclocked Radeon PCS++ HD5770 video card. This card works internally at 875 MHz (2.94% above stock clock of 850 MHz), has 1 GB GDDR5 accessed at 5 GHz QDR (4.17% above stock clock of 4.8 GHz), DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort outputs and comes with an Arctic Cooling cooler installed. If you buy this video card you also take home Dirt 2 game. No word on pricing and availability.

AMD/ATI launched today Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 Edition video card, which comes with native support for six monitors. This card works internally at 850 MHz, has 2 GB GDDR5 running at 4.8 GHz QDR and features six mini-DispalyPort connectors. Its suggested price is of USD 479.

NVIDIA has just officially launched their first DirectX 11 video cards: GeForce GTX 480 and GTX 470. Both feature CUDA, PhysX, 3D Vision Surround and 3-way SLI, and have two DVI and one mini HDMI connectors. GeForce GTX 480 works internally at 700 MHz, has 1,536 MB GDDR5 accessed at 3,696 MHz QDR through a 384-bit interface, 480 processors running at 1,401 MHz and TDP of 250 W. It has a suggested price of USD 499. GeForce GTX 470 works internally at 607 MHz, has 1,280 MB GDDR5 running at 3,348 MHz QDR through a 320-bit interface, 448 processors running at 1,215 MHz, TDP of 215 W and it has a suggested price of USD 349.

Sapphire has announced the expansion of their TOXIC video card line-up with the launch of a Radeon HD 5850 equipped with 2 GB GDDR5 (reference model has “only” 1 GB). This factory-overclocked card makes use of Vapor-X cooler, featuring vapor chamber technology and that according to the manufacturer it is more efficient than the stock cooler. Radeon HD 5850 TOXIC works internally at 765 MHz (5.52% above stock clock of 725 MHz), accesses its memory at 4.5 GHz QDR (12.50% above stock clock of 4 GHz QDR) through a 256-bit interface and features DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. No word on pricing and availability.

Sparkle has announced GeForce GT 220 video card equipped with 2 GB memory (the reference model has "only" 1 GB). This card makes use of stock clocks (GPU/shader/memory clocks of 625/1360/800 MHz) and features VGA, DVI and HDMI connectors. Sparkle didn’t say when or for how much this card will reach the market.

AMD/ATI launched today one more DirectX 11 video card, Radeon HD 5830. This card works internally at 800 MHz, has 1 GB GDDR5 accessed at 4 GHz real (1 GHz QDR) through a 256-bit interface, has 1,120 stream processors, a maximum power consumption of 175 W, supports CrossFireX and ATI Eyefinity technologies and features VGA, DVI HDMI and DisplayPort connectors.
