Sharkoon introduces the Sharkoon CoolBook 360, a cooling stand that provides users with a comfortable typing position and protects notebooks from dangerous overheating. The product is made for 12-17 inch notebooks and includes a swivel and adjustable notebook stand, allowing users to choose from one of four height settings. It also features two folding clips on the front of the stand to hold notebooks and an integrated 70mm fan.

The fan connects via USB to the notebook, rotates at 2300 RPM and produces only  20 decibels. The Sharkoon CoolBook 360 is made of lightweight plastic, weighs 585 grams and measures 320 x 300 x 25 mm. It is available first in Europe for the suggested retail price of 15 euros.

Thermaltake Intros iXoft Bag 15"

Thermaltake launched a new iXoft thermal pad integrated into a notebook carrying Bag, with anti-shock protection. The iXoft Bag 15” was produced with the patent iXoft cooling technology. The material melts into a gel state when heated and solidify into crystal state when cooled.

OCZ Unveils Vendetta 2 CPU Cooler

OCZ unveiled the OCZ Vendetta 2, a CPU cooler with 120mm fan design. Utilizing a distinctive stacked fin design and trend-setting heat-pipe direct touch (HDT) design combined with a large low-noise fan, the Vendetta 2 is built to solve the cooling challenges of today’s most powerful processors, says the manufacturer.

The 120mm fan has anti-vibration rubber connectors to reduce excess noise, creating a noise level of just  20-32 dBA. The fan speed is 800-1500 RPM.  The Vendetta 2 has direct contact with the processor using three copper heat pipes. It is compatible with AMD AM2/939/754/755 and Intel 775 sockets.

ASUS Announces Lion Square Cooler

ASUS announces the latest Square Series CPU Cooler – the Lion Square, inspired by the Sword Lion shield (according to ASUS, the Sword Lion is named after the legend of the Sword Lion, which is the emblem of strength, courage and good fortune).

The new cooler features double-sided high density wave fins, dynamic fan speed control and four copper heat pipes to deliver quiet and high-performance heat dissipation from the Intel Core2 Extreme / Core2 Quad / Quad-Core CPU and AMD Athlon64 FX/X2 Dual-Core processors.It has dimensions of 126(L) x 126(W) x 144(H) mm and weights 730 g. Its fan has speed of 2,300 rpm ± 10% (PWM) and measures 92 x 92 x 25.

Noctua Releases NH-U9B

Noctua releases the newest version of its more compact NH-U9 series: the new NH-U9B uses the recently announced NF-B9 92mm fan and will be shipped with Noctua's NT-H1 thermal compound. The new model is more compact than its bigger brother NH-U12P, measuring 125mm x 96mm x 95mm (with fan) and weighting 550g.

The NH-U9B, which is made of copper (base and heat-pipes), aluminium (cooling fins), soldered joints and nickel plated, is compatible with Intel Socket LGA 775, AMD AM2 & AM2+, Intel Xeon (on request). The F-B9 92m has rotational speed of uo to 1600 RPM, air flow of up to 64,3 m³/h and produces an acoustic noise of up to just 17,6 dB(A).

The NH-U9B is available at a recommended price of USD 54.90.

Noctua Releases NF-B9 Fan

Noctua announced the NF-B9, a 92mm retail fan to complement the 80 and 120mm fan series. The NF-B9 has blade design and achieve 64.3m³/h and 1.61mm H2O at 1600rpm. It comes with noise reduction techniques that produces only 17.6dB(A). Size: 92x92x25 mm.

Thermaltake Releases Thermal Grease TG-1 and TG-2

Thermaltake introduces two new Thermal Grease, TG-1 and TG-2. TG-1, indicated for extreme systems, is filled with 4 grams of gray thermal grease in the injector, providing easy application on all surfaces. Its thermal conductivity is 3.0 W/mK and the temperature resistance is -40°C to 150°C.

On the other hand, TG-2 is the economic option in the series. It is also filled with 4 grams of gray thermal grease in the injector. Its thermal conductivity is 1.5 W/mK and the temperature resistance is -40°C to 150°C.

Both TG-1 and TG-2 can be applied on CPU, GPU, Chipset, and all other PC components for thermal conductivity and heat dissipation.

Noctua announced that buyers of the new  NH-U12P CPU cooler can obtain free mounting-kits for socket F, socket 939, 940 and 754. GlacialTech launched the IGLOO 5750 PWM CPU cooler and IGLOO 5750 Silent CPU Cooler for both Intel LGA775 Socket CPU’s and AMD 754, 939, 940, AM2 & F Socket CPU’s. GlacialTech Releases IGLOO 5710 Silent and IGLOO 5710 PWM CPU Cooler

GlacialTech launched the IGLOO 5710 Silent and IGLOO 5710 PWM CPU cooler. The design incorporates a combination of three pipes that dissipate the heat from the CPU directly into the heatsink fins.
The Silent version has a low decibel (19dB), high volume (35.8 CFM) fan which is 92mmx92mmx25mm in dimension and runs at 1600 RPM.

The PWM version has an adjustable speed fan which ranges from 800~2600RPM, with a maximum volume throughput of 51.6CFM. The fan at full speed puts out 29 dB maximum.

Both coolers support AMD or Intel processors. The Intel CPU models supported are: all Celerons, Pentium D 3.4GHz, Prescott 3.4GHz, Core 2 Duo E6700 2.66GHz, Core 2 Duo E6800 2.93GHz, Core 2 Duo QX6700/6800/6850, Core2 Quad Processor Q6600/6700, Core2 Quad Processor Q6600.

The AMD CPU models supported are: Sempron, Athlon 64, Athlon 64 FX, Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core,  Athlon X2 Dual-Core, Opteron, Dual-Core Opteron, Second-Generation Opteron, Third-Generation Opteron.

Thermalright Launches New Memory Cooler HR-07 DUO

GlacialTech announced the latest IGLOO 5610 PWM CPU cooler and IGLOO 5610 Silent CPU Cooler. OCZ Launches Vendetta CPU Cooler

OCZ launched a new CPU Cooler called Vendetta, designed for Intel (socket 775) and AMD (sockets 754/755/939/AM2) processors. This product has three copper heat pipes that make direct contact with the CPU and has aluminum fins. Its fan is 92 mm in size, rotating up to 2,800 rpm (54,6 CFM).
