Cooling

A lot of people don't buy water cooling systems because they are expensive and hard to install. Trying to solve this, Cooler Master has relased their Aquagate Mini water cooling system. It's a kit that comes already assembled, so you don't need to worry about complicated installation procedures. In the pre-assembled kit comes a CPU water block set, radiator, fan, thermal grease, anti-icing fluid and a water pipe. This product is available in two versions, R80 (with 80 mm fan) and R120 (with 120 mm fan). The main specs are:

  • Universal retention module for Pentium 4 (Socket 478/LGA 775), Xeon (Socket 603/604), Celeron (Socket 478), Celeron D Socket 478/LGA775), Sempron (Socket A/754), Athlon XP (Socket A) and Athlon 64 (Socket 754/939/940) processors.
  • Can be used in all kinds of 6.5 mm pipe liquid cooling systems.
  • Copper-based water block.
  • Radiator with 80 x 120 x 45 mm (R80 model) or 120 x 160 x 35mm (R120 model) dimensions.
  • No refills of anti-icing fluid for two years guaranteed (testing environment: ambient temperature 113º F/45º C and humidity 50%).
  • Low evapotranspiration ratio thanks to special opaque and heat-resistant elements in the pipe.
  • A self-protective feature that allows the device to smoothly initiate a restart if the fan malfunctions.
  • Fan speed control: selectable super-silent 80 x 80 x 25 mm VR fan (1,800 ~ 3,800 rpm, 24.4 ~37.9 dBA, R80 model) and
