Hyper 48 is a CPU cooler based on heat-pipe technology with a 92 mm ball bearing fan. Four copper heat pipes embedded in copper fins dissipate the heat. With a 9.5 mm copper base and four 6 mm diameter heat pipes, Hyper 48 promises to increase heat transference by 65%. It is compatible with socket 478, 754, 775, 939 and 940 processors. The complete specs are:

TR2TT, a brand from Thermaltake, launched an ultra-silent high performance heat sink fan for Intel’s LGA 775 processors. The TR2-M13 is copper base inserted and its radial fins increase airflow. Promised noise level is 21dBA. The fan measures 90x90x25 mm.

Cooler Master has just released the new version of their HDD cooling solution: Cool Drive 6. With a LCD display and multimedia buttons, this unit promises to cool down you hard drive chassis from 51º C (123.8º F) to 36º C (96.8º F). It uses a 40 mm fan to pull cold air from outside the case to cool down the hard disk.

The complete specs are the following:

  • All aluminum case
  • Integrated 40mm blower, bottom and front panel venting for total HDD cooling
  • CoolDrive 6 software interface for easier monitor and control (Windows/MacOS)
  • Supports 4 fans and monitors temperatures through sensors for complete control.
  • Temperature, speed and HDD alarm.
  • User friendly front pannel LCD and controls
  • Available in silver and black models.
  • Dimension: 150 x 43 x 208 mm
  • Temperature monitor range: 10º C-90º C (50º C-122º F)
  • Power Input: 12V/ 1.5A +/- 5%; 5V/ 0.5A +/- 5%
  • Fan Output: <5V – 12V/ 1.5A
