Noctua has launched NF-S12B, a 120-mm with “bite” blades to reduce noise level and increase air flow. According to Noctua this blade design increases air flow by 10% compared to standard fans. NF-S12B is available in two versions: NF-S12B FLX, fan speed of 1,200 rpm, 900 rpm or 600 rpm, and NF-S12B ULN, fan speed of 700 rpm or 500 rpm. This fan is priced at USD 24.90.  click to enlarge

MSI has launched two factory-overclocked video cards based on nVidia GeForce GTX 260 GPU. N260GTX Lightning and N260GTX Lightning Black Edition work internally at 680 MHz (18.06% above default clock of 576 MHz), have 1,792 MB GDDR3 (reference model has only 896 MB) being accessed at 2,100 MHz DDR (5.11% above default clock of 1,998 MHz DDR), solid caps, voltage regulator circuit with 10 phases (8 phases are reserved for the GPU and 2 phases for the memory) and a Twin Frozr cooling system (two fans/five heatpipes). Lian Li has just unveiled its newest gaming case within ARMORSUIT series, PC-P50. It is an aluminum mid-tower case equipped with nine 5 ¼” external bays, three 3 ½” internal bays (taking 5 ¼” bays), eight slots for expansion cards, one 120-mm frontal fan (speed of 1,200 rpm), two 120-mm top fans (speed of 1,000 rpm), one 120-mm rear fan (speed of 1,500 rpm), two USB ports and audio connectors. PC-P50 also features tool-less mechanism for expansion card installation, watercooling support and a removable anti-vibration HDD cage to avoid natural vibration produced by the hard drive propagating to the chassis. Thermaltake has announced the launch of V14AX (CL-P0523), a CPU cooler designed for Intel (sockets 775/1366) and AMD (sockets AM2/AM2+) processors. Its base is made of copper with six heat-pipes connecting it to the two structures featuring aluminum fins. Between these structures there is a 140-mm fan that glows in blue when the system is turned on. The fan speed can be manually adjusted (1,000 rpm to 1,600 rpm) thru a knob that can be installed on the back of the case in any available expansion slot. V14AX weight 1.39 lb (631 g) and has the following dimensions: 6.33” x 3.93” x 6.73” or 161 mm x 100 mm x 171 mm (L x W x H).
