Tul launches entry-level VGA

Accordingly to the manufacturer, this heatsink has low noise level because it runs at 5 V instead of 12 V, so the fan rotates at a lower speed. Also, the copper has a better thermal dissipation then alloy and the manufacturer promises that the graphic chip can run up to 10 degrees cooler using its new heatsink. Fujitsu announces 120 GB notebook HD
