Leadtek launched a new high end graphics card, the WinFast PX8800 ULTRA, with an advanced water cooling system. The water cooling module shaped with a radiator of inner diameter of 12x12 cm2 and designed for noise lower 30dB, 'will maximize its performance under any extreme conditions', says Leadtek. Its fan works at 2,500 rpm.
It features HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) support to transmit and receive digital entertainment content to DVI or HDMI interface.

OCZ Technology announced their official crossover into DDR3 memory to coincide with the recent launch of the Intel Bearlake Chipset. They will accommodate JEDEC specifications for third generation Double Data Rate memory. The first OCZ DDR3 products are Gold Series memory kits PC3-8500 (1066MHz) and PC3-10666 (1333MHz). The latencies for DDR3 PC3-10666 modules are 9-9-9-26 and for PC3-8500 are 7-7-7-21. The modules will be initially available in 2x512 MB and 2x1 GB dual channel kits.

Titan Computer unveils RTNV HDD Cooler, a fanless hard drive cooler which incorporates high conductive thermal pads. Its fanless design guarantees a super silent cooling. Moreover, there are two large pieces of high conductive thermal pads attached to the upper and lower heatsinks, to ensures heat transfer between the entire hard disk and the aluminum heatsinks. The RTNV HDD cooler also includes surrounded sound insulation and absorption pads to help reduce noise remarkably.
According to the manufacturer, instalation process is very simple: just place the hard disk into the heatsink and tighten few screws as the installation guide. It is suitable for 3.5“ Hard Disk Drives
Titan also guarantees that tested the cooler with a Samsung SATA 80G 7200rpm model and it has lowered the chip temperature by nearly 16 degrees Celsius from 56.49C to 40.84C (more than a 27% decrease).

Gigabyte announced the P35 Series of motherboards, based on Intel P35 chipset and introducing the latest Gigabyte Ultra Durable 2 design, which, according to manufacturer, 'features top quality, highly efficient components for enhanced system reliability, cooling working temperatures, longer durability and exceptional overclocking abilities'.
The series also supports the latest multi-core processors up to FSB 1333 MHz, including the upcoming 45 nm platform, and offers both DDR2 1066 and DDR3 1333 memory support, dual PCI Express connectivity, Realtek ALC889A audio, integrated SATA 3Gb/s with RAID function.

Motorola has announced the new generation of tne RAZR brand, RAZR 2 will be available in July and is two millimeters slimmer from the original RAZR. It brings 2" external screen and 2,2" internal screen. The RAZR2 family’s three new handsets – V9 (3G HSDPA), V9m (EVDO CDMA) and V8 (GSM). AMD/ATI unveils the new Radeon HD 2000 series, with 10 graphics processors for both desktop and mobile platforms. This family of GPUs delivers The Ultimate Visual Experience through immersive HD gaming with DirectX 10 and HD media playback.
The new ATI Radeon HD 2000 family consists of the HD 2400, HD 2600 and HD 2900 graphics processors, formerly known as RV610, RV630 and R600, respectively.
The HD 2900 unleashes built-in HDMI, 5.1 surround audio, next-generation unified shader engine with 320 unified stream processors and 512-bit GDDR3/4 memory interface. It is priced at US$ 399, including Team Fortress 2, Portal, and Half-Life 2: Episode Two from Valve.
The HD 2600 features a hardware processed 1080p video playback of Blu-ray and HD DVDs, HDMI with 5.1 surround sound audio and 128-bit DDR2/GDDR3/GDDR4 memory interface.

AMD announced its line of Phenom processors for desktops, which includes quad-core models, which is based on the "Barcelona" quad-core Opteron server chip technology. AMD Phenom X2 and X4 processors will offer true quad- and dual-core and boasts integrated DDR2 memory controller, HyperTransport technology links, and 128-bit Floating Point Units.
According to AMD, its Phenom quad-core processor cores communicate on the die, rather than through an external front-side bus that joins two dual-core systems. In other words, AMD says 'our quad-core is better than the Intel's one'.
They will be available in the end of this year.
