Spire Introduces X2 Nano-Tech Bearing Fan Series
Author: Cássio LimaDate: December 6, 2012 - 9:21 AM PST
Category: Cooling
More Info: http://www.spirecoolers.com/main/default.asp

Spire has introduced its new X2 branded fan series with Nano-Tech bearing. X2 fans are made from nano-zirconia powder as the main material and a collocating special nano-particles lubricant to guarantee an exponentially longer life. The average service life is more than 70,000 hours.

The nano-bearings are considerably quieter than ball-bearings (2-3 dBA), and they are also far easier to assemble. Another advantage is that the impeller’s center can be much smaller, which means that the fan blades can be made larger, thus increasing the air flow. X2 Nano-Tech fans are available in sizes 140 mm, 120 mm, 92 mm, and 80 mm with PWM, and/or LED in blue or red colors.

  • 140 mm (with LED and PWM): USD 21.99
  • 140 mm (without LED and PWM): USD 17.99
  • 120 mm (with LED and PWM): USD 17.99
  • 120 mm (without LED and PWM): USD 12.99
  • 92 mm (without LED and PWM): USD 10.99
  • 80 mm (without LED and PWM): USD 9.99
