It is compatible with Intel (sockets 478, 775, 1156 and 1366) and AMD (sockets 754, 939, AM2, AM2+, AM3 and 940) processors, has nickel-plated copper base, six copper heatpipes, aluminum fins and a 140-mm fan with speed controlled via PWM between 500 rpm and 1,300 rpm (maximum noise level of 24.7 dBA and maximum air flow of 69.93 cfm).
