The main difference between them is the size and weight. Gladiator uses a 92-mm fan (with fan speed range from 1,200 rpm to 2,800 rpm) and weights 19.40 oz (550 g), while Gladiator Max uses a 120-mm fan (with fan speed range from 800 rpm to 1,500 rpm) and weights 27.51 oz (780 g). Both fans feature a noise level of 26.8 dBA. Gladiator coolers feature four copper heap-pipes connecting their base to the cooler’s aluminum fins and they’re compatible with Intel (socket 775) and AMD (sockets 754/755/939/940/AM2) processors.
