This video card works internally at 738 MHz, has 128 shader processors working at 1,836 MHz and accesses its 512 MB or 1 GB GDDR3 at 2 GHz DDR (512 MB model) or at 2.2 GHz DDR (1 GB model) through a 256-bit interface. This is the same specs to GeForce 9800 GTX+. The main difference between GeForce GTS 250 and GeForce 9800 GTX+ is that the former has only one PCI Express auxiliary power connector, while the latter has two.
