It works internally at 672 MHz, has 1.5 GB of GDDR5 or DDR3 memory running at 900 MHz through a 128-bit interface, 96 processors running at 1,344 MHz, and supports DirectX 11, CUDA, PhysX, 3D Vision, and Optimus technologies.
