These SSD drives will be available in 1.8” and 2.5” form factors and in 128 GB and 256 GB capacities. The expected maximum transfer rate is 355 MB/s (read) and 215 MB/s (write). According to the manufacturer RealSSD C300 will enter in mass production in Q1 2010.
