These drives are available in 64 GB, 128 GB, and 256 GB versions, come in a 2.5” form factor, feature a JMicron controller, MLC memory chips and SATA-600 interface. Speeds vary according to the model: 260 MB/s (read) and 100 MB/s (write) for the 64 GB model, 300 MB/s (read) and 190 MB/s (write) for the 128 GB model, and 300 MB/s (read) and 230 MB/s (write) for the 256 GB model.
