The product has an aluminum heatsink featuring three 6-mm nickel-plated copper heatpipes that make direct contact with the CPU, a 120-mm fan that spins at speeds between 800 and 2200 rpm producing a maximum noise level of 35 dB, and is compatible with Intel (sockets LGA 775/1366/1156/1155) and AMD (AM2/AM2+/AM3) processors.
