Chieftec has launched Nitro series of power supplies available in 350 W, 400 W, 450 W, 500 W, 550 W, 650 W, 750 W, 850 W, 950 W and 1,200 W models. These new units are compatible with ATX 2.3 standard, have 80 Plus Bronze certification (1,200 W model have 80 Plus Silver certification), two +12 V rails, modular cabling system on the models above 500 W, and are cooled by a 120-mm (models with modular cabling system) or 140-mm (models without modular cabling system). No word on pricing and availability.
