The Sigma Gate V7302GT21 is clocked at 400 MHz (higher than the standard 350 MHz), with 256 MB of DDR2 at 700 MHz, while the V7303GT21 runs at 500 MHz, with 256 MB of GDDR3 at 1 GHz.
