It is based on the nForce 680i SLI chipset, which supports the Intel Quad-Core Processor and NVIDIA's Quad-SLI technology, and is ready for the up-coming 1,333 MHz FSB specification. The 8-Phase Power Design generate less heat than other conventional power solutions. The heat-pipe directs heat generated by the chipsets to the heatsink near the back I/O ports, where it can be carried away by existing airflow, while Stack Cool 2 effectively transfers heat generated by the critical components to the other side of the PCB (printed circuit board) for fast heat dissipation, the press releases says.
