APUs (Accelerated Processing Units) are AMD processors that have a CPU, a GPU, and a north bridge (including a memory controller) in the same die. They’re also known as Fusion processors. Two models were launched: A8-3850 and A6-3650. Both are manufactured in 32 nm processes, feature four cores, 4 MB of L2 cache, a built-in dual-channel DDR3-1866 memory controller, a DirectX 11 graphics engine, a PCI Express 2.0 controller, and a TDP of 100 W.
