Amazon: $74.99 TigerDirect: $79.99 CompUSA: $79.99 AMD has launched their first triple-core APU, the A6-3500. APUs (Accelerated Processing Units) are AMD’s CPUs with an integrated video controller. The A6-3500 is clocked at 2.1 GHz (2.4 GHz in Turbo Mode) and features a DirectX11 graphics engine, the Radeon HD 6530D, running at 443 MHz. AMD's A6-3500 triple-core APU also has 3 MB of L2 cache (1 MB per core), an integrated dual-channel DDR3-1866 memory controller, and TDP of 65 W.
