These 40-nm GPUs have 640 shader processors and support CrossFireX technology. Mobility Radeon HD 4860 works internally at 650 MHz and accesses its memory at 1 GHz DDR through a 128-bit interface, while Mobility Radeon HD 4830 works internally at 450 MHz or 600 MHz and accesses its memory at 800 MHz DDR or 900 MHz DDR through a 128-bit interface.
