The modules feature an 8-layer PCB (Printed Circuit Board) with 2 oz (56 g) copper tracks and each memory chip makes direct contact with the heatsink. The XPG DDR3-2400 kit also supports the Intel XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles) specification.
