Previously expected to launch in early 2006, the Xeon MP codenamed Paxville will be introduced later this year, along with a lower-end version aimed at dual-processor servers. The 64-bit chips will support Hyper-Threading, Execute Disable and Demand Based Switching, among other technologies.
