Corsair has increased its Extreme Series family of 2.5” SSD drives (which already has 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 models) with the launch of X256 model, as its own name suggests has 256 GB capacity. X256 has an Indilinx Barefoot controller, SATA-300 interface, 64 MB of cache and read and write speeds of 240 MB/s and 170 MB/s, respectively. No word on pricing and availability.  click to enlarge
