Available in 64, 128 and 256 GB capacities, MasterDrive SX SSDs have a 128 MB buffer, SATA-300 interface and provide read and write speeds of up to 220 MB/s and 200 MB/s, respectively (64 GB model provides read speed of 200 MB/s and write speed of 120 MB/s).
