SiliconDrive III line-up include 2.5” and 1.8” SATA-300 (read speed of 100 MB/s and write speed of 80 MB/s) and 2.5” PATA (read speed of 85 MB/s and write speed of 60 MB/s) models in capacities up to 120 GB.
