Compared to the standard GeForce 9800 GT, the “Green” version from MSI works internally with a lower clock rate (550 MHz vs. 600 MHz on original version) and accesses its 512 MB (N9800GT-MD512 model) or 1 GB (N9800GT-MD1G model) GDDR3 at 1,800 MHz DDR (900 MHz real – the same clock used by original GeForce 9800 GT) through a 256-bit interface. MSI GeForce 9800 GT “Green” also has a VGA, Dual-DVI and HDMI connectors, one tantalum solid capacitor (the best kind of capacitor), aluminum solid caps and solid state chokes.
