This cooler has four 8 mm copper heatpipes making direct touch with the CPU, aluminum fins and a 92-mm fan with fan speed (1,200 rpm to 2,000 rpm) controlled by the motherboard via PWM producing a maximum noise level of 28 dBA. Cobra D984 weights 15.94 oz (452 g) and features an anti-vibration rubber design to minimize noise level. So far no word on pricing and availability.
