ASUS Launches Core i7-ready CPU Cooler

Dubbed Triton 81, this cooler features a 90-mm fan (that glows in blue when turned on) with fan speed (between 800 rpm to 2,500 rpm) controlled by the motherboard via PWM and producing a noise level of 18 dBA during its normal operation. Triton 81 base is made of copper with four copper heatpipes connecting its base to the cooler’s fins. Triton 81 weights 24.16 oz (685 g) and is also compatible with other Intel CPUs (socket 775) and AMD CPUs (sockets 939/940/1207/AM2/AM2+) as well.
