Compatible with Intel (socket 775) and AMD (sockets 1207/AM2/AM2+) processors, this cooler has a copper base and five nickel-plated copper heatpipes connecting its base to the cooler’s aluminum fins. Axe Square weights 23.98 oz (680 g) and features a 120-mm fan with fan speed (max 1,400 rpm) controlled by the motherboard via PWM making a noise level of 16 dBA during normal operation.
