It has only 42mm slim and 263g light, almost half the size of usual CPU coolers. The cooler also features two heatpipes, 40 fins and 80mm PWM fan, with speed of 600 – 2000 RPM (controlled by PWM). Together with the highly thermal conductive pre-applied MX-2 thermal paste and voltage regulator cooling, the Freezer 7 LP is 20% cooler than the generic low profile cooler, says manufacturer. The Freezer 7 LP is compatible with Intel Socket LGA775.
