The Corsair HX1000W features twin-transformer, true independent dual +12V rail design, 140mm temperature-controlled fan, DC-to-DC conversion and high-quality solid state capacitors. It is designed for multi-core CPUs and multi-GPU systems and guarantees full 1000W output at 50ºC operating temperature. The new power supply also has Active Power Factor Correction (PFC) and 80% or more energy efficiency.
