Nine models were launched with clock speeds ranging from 1.7 GHz to 2.0 GHz. All these new models are based on “Barcelona” core, have quad-core technology, 65 nm manufacturing process, 512 KB L2 memory cache per core, 2 MB L3 memory cache, HyperTransport 1.x and socket 1207 (socket F) platform.
