GeIL released a new Ultra series of DDR2-533 memories with agressive 3-3-3-8 timings. The modules operate at 1.95 volts and use special low-noise 6-layer PCBs. Products are available in 256 MB, 512 MB and 1 GB modules and 512 MB, 1 GB and 2 GB dual channel kits with aluminum heatspreaders. The company is currently shipping limited quantities.
