Figure 4 illustrates the front of the cooler. Here you can see that the heatpipes are disposed side-by-side, each one receiving direct airflow from the fan.

Like the Panther, the Lynx has the entrained half-fins, at least at the edges. In Figure 5, notice how slim the heatsink is.

In Figure 6, you can see the top of the heatsink. At the center of the heatsink, the fins are not interleaved but just close to each other, with a gap between them.
